The project site is located next to Santiburi Golf Course. The hillside location provides stunning views of the northern shore of the island. The 12,400 m2 site is divided in 10 lots. Two villa types are planned for the development. Villa type A is a 3 bedrooms, 290 m2 2 storeys building. Villa type B is a larger 360 m2 3 bedrooms structure. Each villa type features a large pool deck extending the living room space and facing the main sea view.
