The 1,000 hectares property is a luxury golf community. The two golf courses were designed by Greg Norman. Each of the courses has a different elemental theme, Earth and Fire.
Villas and residential condominiums are arranged around the golf courses. Along the northern edge of the site, a long commercial podium is a base to multiple high rise condominium towers. A large canal connecting to the sea cuts through the site. Along the banks of the canal, a series of residential low rise buildings are provided with private docking berths.
